  The device currently connects through Wi-Fi. Possibility to connect via Ethernet will be enabled in the future firmware upgrades.

• Can I customize what is shown on the screen?

  Yes, you’ll be able to select and arrange widgets such as various tickers, clock screens, monitoring dashboards, and other integrations via web-based interface.

• Does Braiins Deck have a touch screen?

  Yes. You can interact with the Deck through its touch screen, with additional gesture controls and interaction methods coming in future updates.

•  How is Braiins Deck powered?

  It uses a standard USB-C power connection.

•  Can I use Braiins Deck without internet access?

  Some widgets like local clock screens will still work offline, but most features (tickers, weather, monitoring) require an internet connection.

• Does Braiins Deck require a subscription?

  No. All software updates are included for free.

• Does Braiins Deck have LED lights?

  Yes. The device features LED lighting with animations out of the box. We plan to expand customization options, like setting your own colors and selecting animation effects, in future updates.

• What are the benefits of pre-ordering?

  Pre-ordering guarantees you a spot in the first production batch, ensures the earliest delivery aiming towards the end of the year.

• How do I know my pre-order is confirmed?

  You’ll get an order confirmation email right after purchase, and a shipping notification once your Deck is on its way.

• Can I cancel my pre-order?

  Yes, you can cancel anytime before your order ships and receive a full refund.

• Do you ship to my country?

  Yes, the Braiins Store ships globally. You can check the shipping prices and available options during the checkout process.

• Where do you ship from?

  Braiins Store operates two separate warehouses around the globe – one in the EU, second in the US. The EU one serves the whole of Europe and most of the Asian and African countries, the US warehouse serves the Americas, Canada and Australia. However, this may change over time due to external factors.

• Are there any duties or import taxes to be expected?

  If you’re in the US or the EU, there are not, as we operate warehouses in both of these regions, and all the duties and import taxes have been taken care of by us.

  However, if you’re located outside the US and the EU, you may be subject to duties or import taxes. It’s up to your local government, and we cannot avoid it.

• What if I order more items from the Braiins Store along with my DECK?

  We will dispatch it all at once when DECK becomes ready to ship. If you’d like to receive the other in-stock items earlier, please place a separate order.
